In 2025, Ajinomoto Jawo organized its first-ever cycling safety workshop for employees. The idea sparked naturally, as many of our team members choose to commute to work by bike every day. We wanted to encourage even more people to embrace outdoor activities while seamlessly blending physical movement with safety education.<\/p>\r\n
The program kicked off with a theoretical session. Our Health and Safety Specialist delivered a presentation covering essential safe-riding principles and current traffic regulations. We placed a special emphasis on rules that protect both cyclists and other road users.<\/p>\r\n
With the theory covered, it was time to put knowledge into practice. Participants set off on a joint cycling trip, applying the newly learned rules in real-world conditions. The route spanned approximately 40 kilometers, with the picturesque town of Olsztyn as one of its key destinations.<\/p>\r\n
Upon arrival, the team enjoyed well-deserved refreshments and a moment of relaxation. A stroll around the historic castle grounds proved to be the perfect conclusion to the active part of the day. The trip also provided a fantastic opportunity for casual conversations, team bonding, and spending quality time together outside the office.<\/p>\r\n
