Gyoza dumplings baked in tomato sauce with feta

Ingredients:

1 can of whole tomato (around 400g)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, minced 5 cl olive oil
1/2 tsp dried origano (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Feta cheese
Gyoza

Method:

1. Prepare the tomato sauce:
– In a pan caramelize garlic in olive oil
– Add onion and cook for 5 min
– Add tomato, crush lightly
– Continue to cook 20-30min under low heat
2. Spread tomato sauce in a ramekin plate.
3. Place frozen gyoza and feta cheese.
4. Cook in oven 180ˇC for 10 min.
