Ajinomoto Jawo for the environment—we are creating a sensory garden

At Ajinomoto Jawo, we believe that even small actions can make a big difference—especially when we do them together. That is why we organized our first tree-planting event at a school located 25 km from our plant. This is where a sensory garden is being created, which will become a place of rest, play, and learning for children in the future.

During the event, we planted the first trees, marking the beginning of this unique space. For many of us, it was an opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities, spend time outdoors, and do something good for others.

Most importantly, however, we did it together. Working side by side showed how strong our team can be when united by a common goal. This initiative perfectly aligns with the values of the Ajinomoto Group—environmental care, social responsibility, and genuine engagement in local life.

This was just the beginning. And we knew right away that we wanted to come back here.
