Gyoza maki

Ingredients:

4 fried gyoza
1 seaweed leaf (sushi nori)
130 g rice
70 g kimchi cut into small pieces
1/2 cl sesame oil
3 g grilled white sesame seeds
1/4 avocado cut into stripes
Needed: sushi mat

Information:

What is nori?
Dried edible seaweed in the form of a leaf used for preparing maki sushi.

Method:

1) Mix the rice, kimchi, sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds in a bowl
2) Cover the seaweed leaf (nori) with the prepared rice and spread it evenly.
3) Place the avocado stripes and fried gyoza along the same line and roll everything up with the seaweed leaf.
4) Cut it into eight identical portions and place them on a flat plate
