Vegan gyoza don

Ingredients:

1 bowl of rice (250-300 g)
5 gyoza with fried vegetables
1/2 avocado cut into cubes
1/10 cucumber cut into very fine cubes
1 g dried seaweed (wakame) soaked in water

Information:

What is the wakame?
It is dried edible seaweed commonly used in Japanese cuisine. Dried seaweed needs to be soaked in water before being used in cooking.

Side sauce:

2 tbsp of chives and garlic sauce
150 ml soy sauce
10 ml sesame oil
a pinch of chilli or 1 tbsp hot sesame oil

Method:

1) Lightly squeeze the excess water out of the soaked seaweed and then cut it
2) Mix avocado, cucumber and seaweed in a bowl
3) Place the rice in a bowl
4) Place the avocado mixture on top of the rice in the middle, and arrange gyoza around the avocado mixture
5) Mix the ingredients of the sauce and serve it separately
